OPEN WORKOUT HOURS:

COST: $15.00 for 1 hour, $70.00 per month includes use of Cadillac, Two Reformers, Barrel, Chair, Small Equipment. Pre approval, experience, or training required. $100.00 per month includes above plus all of Sue's classes

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

Cost: Classes range from $10.00/class to $15.00/class. Individual instructors are responsible for price and payment.

Strength & Stretching- A core strength based class utilizing dumbbells, stability ball, foam roller and flexbands to provide challenge and stretch relaxation to revitalize you for the afternoon. (Sue - $12/class/session - $14./drop-in)

Beginner Pilates- The basic principles of Pilates exercise are practiced and incorporated into a beginner workout. The building blocks for a safe Pilates practice. (Sue - $12/class/session - $14/drop-in)

Pilates with Small Equipment- Pilates exercises incorporating use of the fitness circle, foam roller, and stability ball to further challenge the core muscles, and form of the exercises. A fun way to add challenge to your Pilates workout. (Sue - $12/class/session - $14/drop-in)

Essential Pilates- Beginning level Pilates exercises, focusing on incorporating core principles into an essential level workout. ( Sue - $12/class/session - $14/drop-in)

Intermediate Pilates- Challenging intermediate level exercises are taught to further challenge your Pilates workout. The basic principles of Pilates exercises must be learned before attending this class. (Sue - $12/class/session - $14/drop-in)

Parent/Child dance in the style of Isadora Duncan- Movement exploration for elementary age children. (Laura - $15/class/session)
