Private instruction focuses on your specific needs and goals. Personal attention can help you learn the Pilates method quicker than group class instruction. It can push your Pilates practice to a higher level of fitness and understanding.

COST: $15.00 for 1 hour, $70.00 per month includes use of Cadillac, Two Reformers, Barrel, Chair, Small Equipment. Pre approval, experience, or training required. $100.00 per month includes above plus all of Sue's classes. Call to pre register for first work out. CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Cost: Classes range from $10.00/class to $15.00/class. Individual instructors are responsible for price and payment.

Pilates

Strength & Stretching - Sue Heffernan,

A core strength based class utilizing dumbbells, stability ball and flexbands to provide challenge and stretch relaxation to revitalize you for the afternoon. ($12/class/session - $14/drop-in) 413-586-4442

Beginner Pilates - Sue Heffernan

The basic principles of Pilates exercise are practiced and incorporated into a beginner workout. The building blocks for a safe Pilates practice. ($12/class/session - $14/drop-in) 413-586-4442

Pilates with Small Equipment - Sue Heffernan

Pilates exercises incorporating use of the fitness circle, foam roller, and stability ball to further challenge the core muscles, and form of the exercises. A fun way to add challenge to your Pilates workout. ( $12/class/session - $14/drop-in) 413-586-4442

Pilates Equipment Circuit Training- Sue Heffernan

Experienced Pilates students that have trained on the Equipment, work out with others ,performing specific exercises on each peice of equipment with instruction( $20/class/session - $30/drop-in) 413-586-4442

Level 2 Pilates - Sue Heffernan

Jean's is a classic Pilates class designed to help participants gain strength and flexibility in a fun and supportive environment. Using the basic Pilates principles, detailed intruction is given on the incorporation of  breathing, how to access the deep core muscles through concentration and control,  and work from the center throughout the hour long lesson.

Yoga Therapy- Arden Pierce

YOGA THERAPY CLINIC: Based on Structural Yoga Therapy, we will practice easy movements and classical postures therapeutically applied, breathing and relaxation. This course may also be taken as a personal growth program to create deeper meaning in your life. Experienced Yoga - Arden Pierce

Open to experienced students for a multi-dimensional practice to body, prana, heart, mind and spirit. Student’s goals of practice help create address format of class.  Approach uses therapeutic understanding,  gentle dynamic movement coordinated with breath, and adaptations to the individual. The Night course will have a 40 minutes of active practice and 35 minutes of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a relaxing meditative practice that can be done lying down or sitting.
